6 mål i andra halvlek gjorde att vi vann matchen med 6-0, väldigt nice! Tyvärr gjorde jag inget mål idag, men tror jag fick min första assist i alla fall, alltid något, men ändå kände jag mig jävligt missnöjd när jag klev av planen.. Susie gjorde 3 mål idag. Vår coach sa i halvtid att hon eller att ja alla vi måste vara lite mer egoistiska i boxen och så går hon in och gör tre mål bara så där, fett bra är hon!
 
Ska nog försöka plugga lite nu för imorgon ska vi åka in till New York några stycken och shoppa, och då kommer det nog inte bli så mycket plugg imorgon skulle jag tro.
 
BROOKVILLE, N.Y. (Sept. 29, 2012) – Behind a hat trick from freshman forward Susanne Vistnes (Randaberg, Norway), the 15th-ranked LIU Post women's soccer team scored six second-half goals and routed East Coast Conference foe Saint Thomas Aquinas, 6-0, on Saturday afternoon.

The Pioneers improve to 8-1-1 on the season and 3-0 in conference play, while St. Thomas Aquinas dips to 1-5-1, 0-2-1 in conference action.

Following a scoreless first half, the Pioneers sprang to life immediately in the second half, as Vistnes took a long through ball from Jeanine Ambrogi (Greenlawn, N.Y.) just past midfile,d geat the goalkeeper with one touch to the left, then finished into the empty net for a 1-0 lead at 48:48.

In the 57th minute, Vistnes again controlled the ball at the top of the box, but this time sent a pass to the left, finding an open Solveig Bjordal (Harfsfjord, Norway), who booted a hard shot into the lower left for a 2-0 lead.
Vistnes struck again just three minutes later as she finished off a strong cross from Alexa Niciforo (East Islip, N.Y. ) at the lower left corner of the goal box with a sliding shot into the goal.

The freshman rounded out her day by completing the hat trick in the 63rd minute, taking a pass from Hanna Westerling (Alvadalen, Sweden) and shooting from 15-yards out on the right side for a 4-0 lead.

Alexa Niciforo scored again for the Pioneers just a minute and a half later, as she took a pass from her sister, Jackie Niciforo (East Islip, N.Y.) and lofted a shot into the upper shelf for a 5-0 lead.

Minutes later, Jackie Niciforo scored a goal of her own as she took a 15-yard shot from the right side of the box after receiving a pass from Lina Harle (Lund, Sweden).

The Pioneers outshot their visitors by a count of 19-7 on the afternoon, and had a 3-0 advantage in corner kicks.  Senior goalkeeper Nicole Fierro (East Hampton, N.Y.) made five stops in 75:07 minutes of action, before giving way to freshman Katelyn Phillips (Littleton, Colo.), combining for the shutout.
